Someone else verified my propane listing. How do I get it back?
Request ownership of the existing profile. For a storefront or hybrid business, Google offers Request Access. Do you run a service-area business with no shop or office? Google says to contact support to transfer ownership. Do not create a second listing to work around lost access.

Choose the recovery path
Google’s ownership guide sends storefront and hybrid businesses to business.google.com/add. Find your business there and request access. For the service-area case, contact support. Choose the issue for transfer of ownership.
First check which Google account the company already uses. Keep the profile link and proof of your request. Save the staff contact with them.
Know what the wait means
Google gives the current owner three days to respond. With no response, a claim option may appear. It is not guaranteed. If denied, you may be able to appeal.
Google’s duplicate-profile guide points you back to the existing profile. A second listing is not a recovery shortcut.
Prevent another lockout
After recovery, we suggest keeping primary ownership with your company. Managers can do routine work but cannot add or remove users or remove the profile. Use our ownership checklist before the next vendor change.
Next step
Check the company’s accounts and save the existing profile link. Bring that record to a listing review. Start with the right profile.
