Can I create a Google listing for every town where I deliver propane?

No. A delivery town alone does not qualify for its own Google Business Profile. Use a service area for delivery coverage. Google allows more than one service-business location. Each must have its own staff and service area. A town on your truck route is not a staffed business location.

Separate routes from locations

We suggest asking dispatch for the real delivery territory. Keep it separate from your list of staffed business locations. One shows coverage. The other shows where the business operates.

Google’s service-area guide says a service-area business can have only one profile for the whole area it serves. Its business guidelines allow separate locations with separate staff and service areas. Check those conditions first.

Do not turn a mailbox into a branch

Google does not accept P.O. boxes or remote mailboxes as business locations. A rented mailing address fails too if you do not work there.

A second profile can cause problems. If lost access is the issue, follow Google’s ownership guidance for the existing profile.

Explain real delivery coverage

A useful town page can show where you actually deliver. It does not prove a staffed branch exists. Have dispatch check coverage before the page goes public. Use the service-area guide for profile entries.

Next step

Make two lists. Put staffed sites on one. Put delivery towns on the other. Bring those lists to a coverage review before adding a profile.
